What happens to your photo

When you create a preview, your uploaded photo is sent to OpenAI to create your AI portrait. EraBooth does not save your original upload. We store the generated portrait and its watermarked preview so you can view it, pay, and download it.

Storage and access

Unpaid previews are available for 24 hours. Paid portraits and sharing links are available for 7 days after purchase. Save your download to keep it. Expired image files are removed during routine cleanup as the studio processes new requests. For an earlier deletion request, contact us.

Payments and essential cookies

Stripe processes payments and collects the checkout details needed to do so. EraBooth does not receive your full card details. We retain the order reference, price, payment status, and payment reference to fulfill purchases and resolve support requests.

An essential, secure browser cookie connects your browser to your portraits. Clearing it may remove your access. Daily request counters help limit abuse; network identifiers are hashed with the date and retained for up to two days. We record a campaign source, when present, to understand which advertisements lead to portrait orders.

Optional advertising measurement

Advertising measurement is currently switched off. No Meta advertising script is loaded by this site.

When advertising measurement is enabled, your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can use Cookie preferences to refuse or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future events from this site; it does not erase information already received by Meta. Global Privacy Control is respected. Meta’s privacy policy.

Sharing

Only you can access your private portrait through this browser until you choose Share or Email. Those actions create a link. Anyone who receives that link can view your paid portrait until it expires. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.

Your rights and questions

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Payment records may need to be retained where required by law. This launch privacy notice will be completed with the seller’s registered address and any additional required processing details before public sales open.
